Katabatic Winds are Created by Gravity (Archival Print)

From my ongoing series of Antarctic science illustrations, Outer Space is Closer Than Antarctica, this print is an ode to that wonderful and typically invisible force: WIND. Katabatic Winds are created by gravity, and really get rolling when they gather strength at the edge of the polar plateau.

This print is archival ink on acid Free Paper and available in 11 x 14 or 16 x 20 inches. Each one is signed and dated on verso and ships from my studio via USPS.
